You’re probably better off being dead than trying to deal with this insurance. I’ve had this provider for about 4 years (self employed so it’s the only option in Kentucky). I’ve had countless issues With them not paying bills, claiming services I received were out of network even though their website listed them as in network, the list is never ending. My most recent encounter I went to an in network emergency room and the doctor that I saw they claim is out of network so they aren’t paying for it. Terrible company that doesn’t care about people. If you have the option, do yourself a life saving favor and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.
