Lobby isn't very welcoming. I work from home a lot and decided to enjoy a drink and snack while working here and the lobby was super empty of furniture. What they did have was bland and uncomfortable. It was a huge lack in quality from what I usually expect from a Starbucks. They seem to get most of their business from their drive thru. My guess is, that's why the lobby is so neglected.

Met a coach here to discuss the upcoming season. There were a lot of people but that didn't make it hard to have a productive meeting. I ordered a new drink of theirs and didn't like it and they gladly got me something new.

Customer service was great, Loved my white hot chocolate. I'm not a coffee drinker. So happy they have more than just coffee & I love my new cup.

Worse SB I’ve every been to. Low quality service and product, dirty and unorganized store. I have always been a Starbucks fan, but this one is far from being close to any other store I’ve been to. This picture is a large cappuccino and I haven't had a single drink out of it. I complained, they did not like it but gave me a new one.
