I've been to this hotel several times in my life, and I've got to say that they're doing an amazing job right now. If you've ever had a negative experience I'd definitely recommend staying again, because they've really made this place into a great place to stay! Wonderful customer service, with very nice employees, a clean and welcoming environment, vending machines and the ability to buy cold drinks at the desk as well, reasonable prices, comfortable beds, and they've done a great job of keeping things like drugs and unsavoury behavior out. This is a clean, warm, safe environment; great job on turning this place into a place people want to stay and focusing on customer satisfaction! 😊 ***I'd like to say that they do require a deposit for non-smoking rooms though.($20)

VERY budget motel. I had a non-smoking room, but clearly someone had smoked both in my room and the hallway. The room was clean enough, and it was pet friendly. Staff were not overly friendly, but not rude. Just Business-like.

Cobwebs, not clean no refrigerator no microwave. $20 deposit at the front desk that I was not told about. Shady people in and out all night. I get it, you get what you pay for but this still could have been better even at this price. I can't believe knights inn allows their name to be on this place

Positive: The staff were amazing! hotel employee was the nicest person I met my room was clean, I felt pretty safe. We had a snow storm and the staff were amazing trying to get me to and from the airport. Negative: I liked it all. It¿s the Knights Inn with the old time charm.
