The room was great. Air conditioning worked well, the room was quiet, clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was great and there was plenty of seating. My only gripe was with the fitness room. Getting a half hour or so in on a treadmill is a part of my morning and this location had one treadmill that worked great, one that really needed maintenance and one that wasn't working at all. If there was more than one person using the fitness room, someone would be out of luck. Otherwise, a great location. Recommended!

The water in the bathroom was super hot. It was hard to adjust to even get it a little cooler. We had trouble with the lock to our room. The door would not lock automatically. We had trouble getting it locked because the deadbolt would stick. I called down to the front desk and spoke to Brian. He was very rude to me. He was arguing that the lock was ok and that I should just hold the deadbolt in. That didn't work. When my husband went down to talk to him about switching rooms, he was very reluctant to do so. He did end up changing our room, but that room also had problems with the door locking. We ended up leaving the hotel and filed a dispute with our credit card company.

Our room had a bed with big sag in it. Bathroom door would not shut completely. Looks to have settled or had water damage. Tile floor was also broken. Public bathroom smelled horrible and had not been clean in the morning. Pool was nice. Other family said their room was great. Breakfast was good.

Stayed in king suite. Comfortable, clean, quiet. A/C blows cold and shower runs hot, with good pressure. What else matters? Good value. Best location to stay if visiting AF museum.
