There are a total of 22 floors. Residents live on the 2nd through 21st floors. The First Floor consists of a Theatre Room, a Community Room, Management Offices, Front Entrance Security Guards as well as the Maintenance Crew Are. Oh, there is also a Pool Table Room. There are 482 apartments within the 2 attached towers. Half are referred to as North & the other Half are referred to as South. The apartments are either Studio, Large Studio & One Bedrooms. The 22nd Floor has a Lunchroom for the residents. There is also a Workout Room. *Some apartments are Handicapped Accessible. This Building is the Biggest Senior/Disabled Complexes in the Entire USA. It is part of the CHA Chicago Housing Authority Buildings funded by HUD...Housing Urban Development. I'm fortunate to be a resident up on the Top Floor with beautiful views of Downtown Chicago's Beautiful Skyline. * There are 3 Well Known Hospitals less than a mile away which is a great benefit.
