Well, I suggest that you go directly to the shelter with a picture of your baby if you have one and speak to someone at the front counter. Another option would be to post flyers on stop signs for example with a detailed description of his features and someone from the general public might tell you his whereabouts. It might be a lot easier for someone from the shelter or from the general public to help you find him if he had his identification tags such as his license or his microchip.
