Hours posted both online and on the doors to the store said open until 11pm. I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:37pm and the drive thru operator came on the intercom asking "what can we get started for you tonight?" So I said I wanted to western bacon cheeseburgers sandwich only, and I didn't get a reply for a minute. Then finally the same operator says "I'm sorry we're currently closed". That was it, nothing more. Wouldn't respond to my questions after that. I pulled up to the window and nobody was visible, and no sign was posted saying special hours or anything. In fact, it had the hours posted clearly showing open until 11pm. I pulled around to the main door to the dining room to see if there was a special hours sign there, but there was not. Just the same hours sign stating open until 11pm. I saw a couple of other cars pull into the drive thru at that point and decided to follow them, and suddenly the person in the mustang had their order taken. The next person right in front of me had the operator ask "what can we get started for you this evening?". The person ordered, and didn't get any response from the operator after that despite saying "hello?" repeatedly. When he drove off, I pulled up to the window, I could see 4 employees inside making milk shakes and laughing, but nobody would acknowledge me.

The play place was closed. This was sad for the kids. The service was happy but slow. The food was decent, but a little mixed up. Hopefully the play place opens sometime soon.

Its okay most of the time they are friendly but you have to ask for fry sauce and sometimes they say have but they have not. The times are different on Google then on the location itself.

Literally pulled up through the drive through a lady answered ready to take our order. And then Left us stalling for 10min straight and never said anything. We Pulled up to the window And the lady said they were closed! Mind you it’s 10pm and the website says it doesn’t close till 11pm. Very upset.
