Does anyone work in this store? I called twice and it range over 40 times before anyone answered. When they finally answered I asked for the paint dept. It then rang over 60 times and no one answered. I called again and no one answered!!

Yeah ...they have a serious shortage of people and they don't pay well for the job requirements. Actually, I dont think there are job requirements other than to just show up. Retailers just need to get it together...cause its ridiculous out there...piss poor service ...its like nobody cares anymore. CEOs make 6 figures though. God forbid....they NEED their 7th car and that vacation home.

They use very minimal staffing .

All Wal-Mart locations are working with reduced staffing. I avoid calling and just go check what I need online or in person.
