Good food forgot my drink on a online order 1 time though

Go to any other location that is NOT this one. They need to fix their pick up if you can’t do it on time and the staff takes ten minutes to make your order and MESSES UP you need to cancel the pick up option. I’ve had this happened to me TWICE in a row now and I’m upset and sad about it. This time was unacceptable, I ordered my pick up for 8pm it wasn’t ready. I kept waiting and waiting and it still wasn’t ready. Instead the 2 boys that were working just kept staring and laughing at me while slowly completing other pick up orders. 10 minutes later I get my order and not even an apology for the wait. I get home and see there’s a bowl, I didn’t order a bowl just 3 tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I open the bowl and see a crunchy shell taco. I thought they made me an extra one to apologize for the wait, but soon realized it’s bc they messed up my order. In the tin foil were TWO crunchy shell tacos. I ordered soft shell. There was no reason for them to mess up my order. Not to mention I ordered a chicken quesadilla but instead I get a steak one. Again there was absolutely no reason for these boys to mess up my order. Maybe instead of laughing at me they should’ve been paying attention to my food. Never coming to this location again, I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes to the one on west roads.

It appears an Employee is Hazing/Harrassing the Cook/Kitchen worker. The associate used strong language and impolite conduct against the Cook. My food was fine, but I can tell there is discord. No employee deserves such treatment.
