One star because of the manager being extremely rude to both the cashier that was handling my return and also was rude to me when I asked for cash back instead of it being put back on to my card. I feel like she treats everyone like criminals, at least that's how I felt when I wanted cash for my returns. Ended up putting the money back on my card as she scoffed and puffed.
