Well the manager is pretty understanding and was easy to talk to After buying the units, i could no longer pay for my unit with the old company. Calling lockbox, The system wasn't up yet, I tried to pay for 6 months. I asked him to call me back when it was back up. Over a week later I got a call saying it was late... I only had enough for 3 months worth by that time. Then they raised the prices, and now have a closing time, the whole reason I got that unit over 5 years ago was cause it was 24 hrs. Now my bill is higher and I can no longer come into town from a big job and grab supplies if it's after 1030pm but the manager seems nice and my lock gate key number is the same. They did honor my old price for the first 3 prepaid months before raising prices though

These guys were great and I would definitely recommend them. I was on the heels of a divorce downsizing from a house to a condo by myself, so the paperwork for a storage unit was definitely one of the last thing on my mind. during the time I was with them there were a couple communication errors that were definitely enough my fault they could have just told me too bad but instead heard me out and work with me which made everything way less stressful. On top of that the unit seem to be well maintained and in good shape. I would use this service again if I needed another storage unit.

Units are very well maintained. Felt safe everytime we went to our unit. We did not need our unit very long. We got our security deposit back and reimbursed back our money we had already paid. Highly recommend this unit.
