Awful process. I can't fathom that this is how business is done. I'm led to believe that all is well. I'm led to believe that I'll get an email with contact info. I'm led to believe that the payment has been made. I'm led to believe that i'll have the lists same day. I'm led to believe that they're working actively on it. Instead, I have to follow up 24 hours later, get no answer from my contact, and when I do get someone via chat they tell me that the process has never started. Never started. They still wanted me to sign some agreement before even starting the process. How is that possible? Very disappointing.

Poor customer service and outdated email lists. Douglas W. Winschief (Sales & Training Manager) is confrontational and takes no interest in client satisfaction. Stay far away.
