My grocery order was supposed to be delivered last night between 9-10. It still has not arrived and it is 12:17 the following day. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at any department. What am I supposed to do?

Well Walmart uses private contractors to deliver the goods. Sometimes it is walmart's fault sometimes not. I know cause I have delivered for them

My brother in law has the same problem with Grocery delivery from Walmart. Walmart said the order would arrive at 7pm ... it did not show up for 3 hrs later. My brother in law got mad and called Walmart about the issue. The next order showed up 20 minutes late. This is a issue Walmart is working on to get resolved. Walmart MUST FIX THIS ISSUE AND EVERYONE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM MUST COMPLAIN TO ENFORCE THE PROBLEM TO GET RESOLVED. K.W.

Call up there and explain what is going on or you definitely need a refund.

I'd start by calling the customer service desk and asking for the front end manager
