That's supposed to be for just residents of the campground it's kinda for kids too. Just walk into a random hotel nearby they don't usually care as long as you don't cause problems. Try Ocean Annie's down the beach from the pier it's open to the public and includes a pool indoor and outdoors, hot tub and a lazy river, bar and frequent live music!
