What kind of oil do you use for frying? Looking for trans fat free and no partially hydrogenated oils. Also do you use real butter or margarine in the clam chowder. Thanks, coming up in May

Real butter. Fish was LIGHTLY battered in cornmeal batter and fried. NOT greasy or oily. I had battered cod fish tacos, calamari and clam chowder. Nothing was greasy. Chowder was creamy and well flavored.
