Yes there is outdoor seeating and dogs are welcome. You send in one person of your party and let them know how many people and they meet you two door down with your party and dogs.
Oh yes they do! It's a great little patio. They are super friendly with dogs. They brought water bowls and treats to our dogs.

There's outdoor seating. When I was there, they walked everyone through the restaurant out to the seating area, and I do believe I saw a dog out with a table of people. Great and friendly place
