Abby's Legendary Pizza

We’ve been eating here for 40+ years!! We like the simple old school type of Pizza. Our pie last night was great. Lots of toppings and fresh and hot. Kind of like the old Shakey’s?

Paid 7.95 for a "Ceasar salad" which was just lettuce, a pack of dressing, and a tiny pack of croutons. Wow. But then, I ordered a pizza with tomatoes on it... and they gave me a take out box of tomato slices. The tables were being wiped down with a greasy rag, to where you could literally see the grease smear. I used to be so excited to come back into Oregon to come get some Abbys, and safe to say, with the price, and lack of quality, we won't be back.

My family and I went to Newport Aquarium and afterward went to Abby's pizza. We were so disappointed with the pizza we ordered, it wasn't cooked all the way and when you picked up a piece, it was so floppy everything fell off. Never going back to this Abby's..

Tried Abby’s tonight and three stars seem fitting. Nothing set this pizza place apart. The service and setting: We happened to go about 8pm on a weekend and it was not the best time. It was super packed and multiple tables had yet to be cleared off and cleaned. We also happened to be there for an employee meltdown. An employee had showed their frustration in front of the customers. The service was pretty slow. They had one person doing everything out front and it made it pretty slow to get to people waiting in line. It was good pizza but not a wow factor. I did enjoy the pizza not being overcooked and their “giant” pizza is just a normal large but cost $26. Kind of on the spendy side. No special crust and their “legendary sauce” was pre packaged so I find it hard to see where they get the price from.
