BEAUTIFUL state park and campground. We stayed a couple nights in loop C of the campground and had a FABULOUS time. Good energy from the people there and surrounded by so much to do!! We watched the sunsets at the beach and hiked nearby trails. We also explored the cafes of the nearby towns. I’ll be returning here!

A favorite spot to go to camping by the beach. Some of the reservations have to be made 6 months in advance. If you want to enjoy this. Have to have a plan.

Stayed for one night and it was great. The campsites have a decent amount of brush and trees separating them so you have a little privacy despite how crowded the area can get. Good access to the beach and a nice nature trail to walk my dog. Everything was clean and the trees were perfect for setting up a tarp over my tent. I would definitely come back here.

The yurt is a cool experience. It's kind of like camping, but, you have beds and shelter. There's electricity inside and a heater. There's a firepit outside to cook on,and have a fire in it,after dinner. It rained while we were there, so we were glad we weren't in a tent. It's really spacious inside.

Bring cozy bedding. And prepare for a wet campground. Most sites are in the wooded area. Oh do not leave your ice chest out. The raccoons are so smart. The know how to open them. They ate all my eggs and roast beef.
