On leash only. They also have designated poop stations with poop bahs and garbage cans :)
Yes and they are very adamant about the leash must be no longer than 6 feet.

Absolutely!! There were dogs in every other campsite when we were there. They have to be under physical control at all times so either closed in your trailer/camper, in a pen big enough to secure them or on leash. I would only bring them if they are well socialized though because there are always going to be those people that want to pet the puppy (especially kids).
