Is the service good

The place is fun for sure, and the on site staff such as housekeepers, technicians, servers, etc ... are super nice and friendly. Upper Management, however, isn't really good.

The staff was very friendly, comforting, and inviting. There was one lady in particular at the food court who helped me with a much needed cup of morning coffee to who I am forever thankful for. Above and beyond always.

We go in the off-season and the staff is waiting for something to do. So they go out of their way to help. Not sure about the summer season. Love this place!

We had good service from the staff. There were some changes going on while we were there which did make some slight inconveniences.

Very good service. I have taken my family there for years now and have never had a bad experience.
