They are not, other than they are both ford dealerships. Never had a good experience and Berge, never had a bad one here.
You would probably need to contact San Tan Ford directly.
I just bought an escape from San tan ford best car buying experience I've ever had they're great people at San Tan Ford
Our only business with them was to purchase our 2014 Flex last year. It was exactly as they advertized. We have not used them for service as we winter in AZ & travel the rest of the year.
I have bought two vehicles from San Tan Ford and have had my wife's Toyota Rav4 serviced there many times. Never tried to rip me off or gouge me on repairs. All dealers charge more than garages or than it costs to fix yourself. Use them for what you can't do yourself to save money. I would recommend San Tan to anyone. Would not recommend Earnhardt to anyone. They overcharge worse than San Tan.
Keep and eye on your bill.they wanted $714 to change a o2 sensor ($248 plus labor)and relocate a fuse(20 minute job) part only $16 online but I forget what the ridiculous price they wanted.anyway they wanted$70 in shop supplies! That's another to get deeper into your wallet.i bought ford original parts online for $62 and did it myself.they're (santan ford will price gouge you if you're not careful. Remember the service writers get a percentage of whatever services they sell you.
