Found a vehicle for sale at San Tan Form and made an appointment for next day to go and see it. This dealership is 50 minutes drive from where I live so it was a commitment. I made it there with my family, only to find out that the vehicle was sold/gone. No one bothered to let us know - or apologized for wasting our time - which is common curtesy. Would never go back to this dealership.

Great crew at San Tan Ford. So far I've had recall and maintenance work managed by Lincoln Powers and Ashley Deodato and both did a phenomenal job with communication and follow through. San Tan Ford adds a "shop supplies" fee to all invoices, even when it is just replacing one tire. This added about 1.5% to my tab, which I think may be less egregious than some other local Ford dealers, but still, it's in that category of sort of hidden up charge fees that don't exist at competitors like Discount Tire. Just something to be aware of when shopping around.
