I was due to have my baby in early March. However, I went into labor early in mid-December. As I was having contractions, I decided to call the emergency line for this clinic. No one answered so I left a message letting them know what was happening. I ended up being sent to Banner Desert to deliver. While there, my delivery team requested records from CHW. I was there an entire week and my records were never sent. I ended up giving birth to my baby boy who stayed at the hospital for several weeks. During that time, I received a call from CWH asking me to come in and redo my glucose test. This is the first time I'd heard back from them in weeks. They never called me back when I contacted their emergency line, they never sent the records to Banner Desert, they never called to check in on how the birth went, and now they're calling to ask me to redo a glucose test that I'd done almost a month ago??? When I told them I had already given birth they just said "oh, okay" and that was the end of the conversation. No acknowledgments or apologies. I vehemently do not recommend Dr. Hazelrigg or Comprehensive Women's Healthcare.

I have been a patient here for more than 10 years now. My experience with Rosemary and Cindy have always been positive, however that is not enough to keep me coming back at this point. I have been feeling less than satisfied with the service and staff in the office for a few years now. The general atmosphere in the office always seemed tense to me, so I chalked the attitudes/rudeness and moods up to that. However these last few experiences were the last straw for me. I’ve generally had problems with scheduling at the office, a handful of appointments canceled last minute on their end. In November 2021, I had a bad experience with an ultrasound tech making inappropriate comments during the visit, (techs are not supposed to comment on what they see for that very reason, let the doctor inform the patient of any noteworthy) I mentioned this to my doctor at my next visit, how uncomfortable and stressed I was made to feel because of that. Now in Sept 2022 I called them to try and schedule an appointment because I was having a medical issue. Only to be told by Cathy that I had a balance (which I was unaware of) and that I would not be allowed to make that appointment until I pay the balance. I understand needing to stay on top of your billing. But to not allow a person to even schedule an appointment for their health concerns, is unreasonable in my opinion (especially over a “small balance” of $15.01). Personally, I sometimes have anxiety over doctors visits, it took me 3 months to work up the nerve to call, only to be turned away in that moment. Very disappointing that they would adopt this policy. I have paid the balance, and will not be returning to their office.

Very unprofessional and would not recommend. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

I do NOT recommend this office.

Hours should be listed, but likely they put this because they are on call to their patients 24/7.
Hi Linda, sorry no one answered this. I'm hoping you haven't been suffering for a month, but please call the GYN and schedule an appointment if you haven't.
Yes. They are moving to Rome Towers, 1760 E Pecos Rd, Gilbert AZ 85295. I don’t know which suit but it’s on the second floor.
