So relaxing, I have a lot of joint pain and the zero gravity feeling felt amazing. And Ashly was great!

Best experience ever!

It’s always a pleasant experience when I go for a float here. I appreciate the kind and helpful staff as they always do everything they can to make my experience a great one. Also, if you are a tea drinker you will love the tea available in the lounge area after your float. I loved it so much I bought some of my own for home :) Thanks so much and I’ll see you again soon!

Hi Jared! We have several options, depending on how often you want to float (1, 2, or 4 per month). Memberships are month-to-month, may be shared with friends and family, and floats roll over. See more details on benefits and pricing here: https://www.truerest.com/get-started/float-pricing/
Hi Lily, the price is $79, but we have a special for first time float clients for $59. If you like your float and would like to continue, we have great membership package options for you and the price is based on how many times per month you would like to float. Please see www.TrueREST.com for additional information. We hope to see you soon!
No problem. You will definitely float! And the water is only 10 inches deep.
The natural salinity of the water creates an environment where nothing can grow. We also use a state-of-the-art filtration system that runs for 20 minutes between each client and all night long. On top of this, we use a stabilized hydrogen peroxide, ozone and UV light. It's likely the most pristine water you will ever go in.
Great question! We have soooo many that visit together for float dates, but the actual float experience is meant for one per pod. We have 5 private suites, so you each can float blissfully in separate rooms. We then have a prep room where you can finish getting ready (stocked with natural hair and face products and hair dryers). Once ready, sit back and relax in our Oasis Lounge with an oxygen bar, books, journals, panda drum, adult coloring books, etc! It’s great for a #floatdate! 💙✨💧
Hi! Our standard float pod model is 7 feet long by 6 feet wide, offering roughly 6 1/2 inches length internally. At our True REST Chandler location, on Gilbert and Germann, we have 1 circular style float pod this is approximately 8 feet in total circumference. The float interal area is 7 1/2 feet by 6 feet 2 inches.
Hello Holly, thanks for asking! To prepare for a float, the best things to do are as follows: 1. Avoid caffeine for at least 4 hours (to help you relax more) 2. Avoid shaving, tanning & waxing the day of your float (to avoid salt sensitivity) 3. Avoid dying your hair for at least a week or two (until it rinses out totally clear) prior to your float. After floating, it's nice to plan for relaxation the rest of your day. Some people feel energized and others feel relaxed after a float. You will enjoy the rest of your day to the max if you have some flexibility to do what feels best. We look forward to seeing you soon. :)
They provide ear plugs. Follow the instructions given. I've never gotten water in my ears.
The new client special is $59 (as opposed to $79). The most cost effective way to continue floating is via membership, and we have various plans depending on how often you want to float.
Artists are floating because floating tends to increase creativity. We like to say that we go into the pod as humans and come out as poets. Athletes are floating before their big games/matches to help with mental clarity and performance, and afterwards to aid in recovery.
Your birthday suit (i.e., float in the nude). You have your own private room to float in.
No problem. Just leave the lid open. Or you can prop it partially open by putting a rolled towel between the pod and the lid.
The biggest benefits are pain relief (the Epsom salts calm down inflammation in the body so many people get tremendous relief from conditions such as arthritis and back pain), stress relief (helps to easily go into a deep brainwave state, like a deep meditation), and better sleep. It also detoxifies the body. It helps with injury recovery. It's great for dermatological conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. And so much more!
Imagine floating in a spacious egg-shaped pod filled with 10" of water and approximately 1200 pounds of pharmaceutical grade magnesium sulfate (Epsom salts). The Epsom salts get absorbed easily into the body through the skin while you float for an hour, gravity free.
Hi Terry! Regular price is $79. Our first float special is $59. See you soon!
