Update: the regional manager Albert called and was able to finally give an answer to the situation, although it took longer than I liked it was able to be fixed. Update: I came back to give an even lower star as after speaking to a so called rep she was unable to help and said she had to speak go a manager as she cannot see why it was blocked. 09/14/22 :Nih has been really testing my patience. Overall a good bank but the customer service and operations need to be better, they blocked my card without notice and then tell me I have to wait until the next day to get an explanation, very frustrating. And I hate the fact they treat your money like it is theirs when trying to make purchases, really considering closing it like I did my childrens account.

Nice credit union and offer good rates, but not a big fan of their staff. Had two loans through them and both took 1 month to process even when the credit union member and the other parties have submitted their paperwork on or within 24 to 48hours of asking.
