Outstanding gym. After going to another Muay Thai gym for the last 3 months, this place is a breath of fresh air. Only after a single introductory class, I can tell the staff legitimately care. They are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. And the overall vibe of the place is awesome. Kids there to learn, adults there to get in shape, it feels like the real deal. The other students are friendly and even went out of their way to grab a mat for me. Class is fun and engaging. And this is just based off of first impressions. Looking forward to trying out the Muay Thai team and signing up for a membership.

I had done kickboxing a couple years ago and was looking to get back into it and just improve my regular fitness overall. I have no shame in admitting I could barely do a pushup when I walked into this gym. Two months in and it's a different story! The best part about this gym hands down are the people. The instructors are all patient, kind, and well-trained and are always willing to work with you and your technique when possible, especially if you're new. The classes are small yet big enough where they are not intimidating at all. They are always a lot of fun and intense and turn out to be great HIIT workouts! The gym just has a great, small business atmosphere in which the customers are the focus. It specializes in boxing but it has something for all age groups. It also has a youth boxing program and a program for people with Parkinson’s Disease both of which are fantastic programs. Kickboxing classes with Mike are such a well rounded workout because you get a bit of everything including conditioning, boxing and kickboxing. Boxing classes with Coach Tu are humbling; he will always ensure correct technique which I appreciate since one of my biggest fears is repeated workouts with bad form. And if you're looking for a class on steroids, don't be shy to try Roshan's classes! Nick at the front always greets the regulars by name and gives all first time clients a lot of attention on things like helping with the hand wraps and the basic positions of boxing. In my case, I have lost several pounds, but more importantly my stamina and energy have improved tremendously. I feel a lot fitter and stronger with so much room to grow with the classes. Oh and I can finally do a proper pushup. And needless to say I very quickly cancelled my other gym membership after I joined Champion. I'm hooked and am definitely a converted member for life! :)

I came here for the Muay Thai :)

This place is filthy & cluttered. The trainers are unorganized when instructing the classes. Coach Mike B. was late to multiple classes and ended them early. He kept pausing the class to take care of his son while instructing the class. And was quite rude 😒 to multiple people.

Yes... There are excellent personal trainers there!

Mostly fitness. There's a boxing team that teaches fundamentals and techniques for competition. I believe there are some trainers that teach krav maga which is more suited for self-defense
