Great place to live. Lots to do--many movies, talks, etc., and no extra fees except for off-campus events like local concerts and plays. The exercise program is excellent---I love the fact that they have continued zoom classes post-COVID so that you can exercise at home if you want. Our apartment is big and comfortable and our cat likes it almost as much as we do.

Ingleside at King Farm (IKF) proved to be a profound mistake for our loved one. As a continuing care retirement community, IKF is contractually permitted to decide when your loved one needs a higher level of care, at a higher cost. In our case, after IKF exercised this option, they were unable to manage our loved one's dementia in their memory support assisted living. As a result, they called in outside reinforcements, both public and private, and passed considerable costs on to us above and beyond their already high monthly fees. Furthermore, in our experience, key decisionmakers did not give our views as care partners due consideration. We have since found a better match at a better value and our loved one is thriving.

The reception desk Barbara attitude is very bad. Very rude to visitor...........not nice or friendly. Period. Plus the restaurant waiters lack of customer services training........... Last time we ate there. At the end of dinner we are asking some boxes to take those left overs. The waiter said to us we don't provide boxes or we will charge $10 for each box. This facility restaurant manager should be fired long time ago. Generally beneath the fancy decoration of the furniture the inside mood is not welcoming.............
