This place has no grace for being 5 minutes late and that was with filling out my paperwork before appointment day, ok first time I was 10 minutes late they said they couldn’t take me I said okay let’s reschedule so my next appointment I really tried to make on time, and just to let you know I have 6 kids so making appointment’s for me is already sacrificing time. I wish I could say I have time but I don’t. So getting to the point please change your policy, it’s a little silly. I use to have nothing but good things to say about this women’s clinic, but now nope I’m sorry. So don’t recommend if you’re busy mom always running around on top of a full-time job. Look somewhere else where they will be kind and gracious for being 5 minutes late and have already filled out paperwork.

Sharing on my husbands account. Dr. Prichard has delivered 2 of my 3 kids and will be delivering my 4th in December. She holds a dear place in my heart and I can truly say it’s incredibly obvious that she genuinely loves what she does. Dr. Prichard is always cheerful & positive. She goes above & beyond to make sure your needs are met. She promised me in the very beginning of my 2nd pregnancy that she would deliver me & she came in to deliver my son right before taking her kids on a trip to Disneyland… can you get any more dedicated to your patients than that?? All in all she is the best doctor I have ever encountered and her bedside manner is impeccable. If you are lucky enough to be her patient, you won’t regret it. I promise! 💜💜

I would give them a 0 if I could. I have migraine with aura - had them since I was 14. It is well documented in my chart - if it’s not, that’s another failure on their part. I have a deep family history of stroke and heart disease. I have been prescribed estrogen TWICE by this office. If you have migraine with aura, estrogen can drastically increase your stroke risk. The first time I was prescribed this was by an MA who didn’t bother asking if I had migraine with aura BEFORE prescribing the low dose estrogen. The SECOND time I was prescribed the medication was this last weekend. Dr Holmquist prescribed the highest dose of estrogen I could be prescribed without my consult or discussion. I found out when I was picking up my other prescription that it had changed. Their negligence could have caused my stroke risk to have been increased and borders on malpractice. Needless to say, I’m changing providers and warn all women out there - IF YOU HAVE MIGRAINE WITH AURA, INFORM YOUR GYNECOLOGIST BEFORE TAKING ESTROGEN! The fact that they didn’t read my chart, didn’t ask the question (repeatedly), and don’t have warning signs in all their exam rooms is a huge concern. Shop elsewhere. If you care about your health, go elsewhere.

If I could give O stars I would. Luckily, I’m long gone and have moved across country. My experience with this place has been nothing but disastrous from day 1. Despite this, my issue is with what occurred today. I called to speak with a nurse who could tell me what oral birth control I was prescribed years ago for my current doctor. My time zone is two hours ahead. I did call closer to close at 430, but you’d think that’d be enough time to get my question answered. I waited on hold for about 10 min before a receptionist answered. I explained my situation and was transferred to the nurse line which rang and hung up. I called again, waited on hold another 10 min and told a different receptionist what had happened. I got transferred again to the nurse line and got hung up on. I needed my answer today. When I called back again it was 453p and it appears the phones were shut off. The message playing didn’t give any options other than to leave a voicemail. So I left a very “nicely worded” message. The customer service is horrible here. Steer clear!!!
