First question, what life threatening damage could you get from having a tire changed and them tightening your chain to spec? Next question, you say you have a friend who has been getting work done from them for 30 years. I am from Slidell (was born here) and to my knowledge they havent been open for 30 years unless they were in a secret location... I trust the guys at Friendly Powersports and would gladly recommend them to anyone I know. Maybe you had a one-off situation which if that's the case and they truly did cause damage to your bike I believe they would take care of it.
Bike was brought in for a tire only while there the serviceman tightened the chain tighter then required and caused extreme damage to bike and now they want to charge for damage which was caused by the business itself bike barely made it home suggest noone get service at this business very very close friend has been getting work done from them for over 30 years never again and will tell everyone and anyone who has bikes to not use this business
What extreme damage? and how life threatening. I've always serviced my bikes at friendly and never bad an issue do im curious
