So I did the online rental, I filled it out a week or two in advance for the week after Christmas, at the end it says someone will contact you soon. No one ever contacted me. So I called the number and no one answered so I left a message. No one has bothered to contact me in reference to my online order or my phone call. Now I am searching for another solution or company seeing as stuff has to go and this company obviously doesn't want our business.

We were moving and had to clean out our attic and garage. Called on a Tuesday and had it delivered the next day. They called to let us know they were on the way. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

I highly recommend Junkbus to anyone who needs a dumpster! They are very professional and courteous. They called and gave plenty of time before dropping off and picking up.
