While the patient should always come first, in the matter of insurance, it's what the insurance company dictates. It will only get worse as time goes on. This is because we have become a nation of sheeple. We allow big companies and government to dictate who lives and who dies. Who lives in pain and who does not. Obama care was a illusion and nothing more. If socialized Medicine was so great, why did the prime minister of Canada come to the U.S. for Heart Surgery?
