Pool day today. Love the new addition and the spread out space. Also love the tennis courts since Im on the court most weeks. And the staff…. They’re awesome.

Horrible place! Greedy money hungry owners! I have canceled my membership after the year contract and still being charged even to this very month. Sad that they can’t honor your wishes the first or second time. Haven’t went in months and still paying almost 100$ a month. Horrible business being run!!

Yes our silver sneakers classes are back at all locations and if you’re not ready to attend In person they are available on Facebook. You can search Cross Gates Live and join the group!
