One of the staff was mean. I went there with a friend. He treated us like we were soliciting or asking donations from them. Talking to us like we were stupid. We were there to donate blood for FREE. We weren't first timers. This was my 3rd donation in this center. I would probably never go back there again.

Not directly. They have a Points for Life program that allows you to redeem those points you earn for donating for a number of rewards. Since it is medical plasma donations, not for products or medicines, they cannot pay.

No, but you can sign up for their rewards program. You earn points for donating that you can redeem for some really nice stuff. No cash, unfortunately.
