Hi Barbara- I do both partial and total knee replacements. Most are done using a minimially invasive medial parapatellar approach. I align the knee kinematically, which means I match your original knee alignment before the arthritis. I usually use a ceramic coated knee to avoid the potential for metal hypersensitivity/allergy.
