A referral to an oncologist is scary, this office has made it worse after taking labs the results have been delayed being discussed for 2 months. 2 months left wondering if you have cancer. Do yourself a favor a get a referral somewhere else

I would give them 5 stars in a heartbeat if I didn't have to play phone tag every time I missed a call by one minute. Their callback system allows for ZERO incoming calls, and I cannot take it. All they have is a messaging service, even during regular business hours. I am caregiver to many, and I can't always get to my phone immediately. But calling back just seconds later, they can't place me on hold while transferring me. They "can only put in a message for a call back," which if I miss again... Repeat. It's so maddening and frustrating. Our doctor gets 5 stars. His staff gets 5 stars. Their process gets 1 star. I will update my review thoroughly as soon as they fix this broken system. 😢😩😮‍💨

It turns out I was lucky with the diagnosis. All along the way, though, Dr.Keyes and his team made me feel listened to and they were super responsive for this very anxious patient.

Appt. Needed

We have left messages for a week by telephone and in the portal and hear nothing back.We are trying to get an initial appointment because a biopsy for cancer came back positive. Is this typical of their service?

No. I would check the number you are calling. If the number is correct then ask for the nurse manager who is Lisa geron and she'll make sure someone gets you taken care of.
