No one likes to get that call, it’s pretty devastating. There is so much fear and uncertainty. Thankfully, Dr. Debra Patt has been a beacon of light and provided a path to healing and wellness. I’m 8 years clear now of breast cancer and Dr. Patt and her staff have taken wonderful care of me. I see her yearly and have access to her staff with any and every concern. Dr. Patt is so knowledgeable and warm. I just love her.

The doctor is great. The phone calls/organization hasn’t been great so far. I’ve called 3x about blood test results without a call back. I also had an allergic reaction to an infusion. I went home that day, and no one called to follow-up.

Very poor office service. My sister passed away and I receive a check made payable to the Estate of, which is fine but I have to ask for the check to be reissued. Passed around and around and nobody is willing to pick up the phone and help. Service center advised me this takes time. You cannot tell me this office is so busy only 1 person handles checks. Also the address on the check nobody in the 5 different people I talked ever heard of that address. Not very helpful.
