Called safety to let them know about a safety concern I videoed of one of their trailers that appeared to have a busted airbag because it was leaning so far to the right. They answered right away and I gave her the truck and trailer information. She was very helpful. I hope I saved them an expensive repair bill and or accident. Ya all stay safe out there.

As drivers we know that reading reviews of truck companies isn't always the best way to judge a company because we tend to complain a lot. Well, this is an honest review form someone with over 8 years professional driving experience, most of which was lease purchase. Their "lease to lease" and "lease purchase" programs look good at first glance. But this company ONLY cares about profit. For instance they charge 20% for a cash advance, max of 200 a week. They told me this is their charge from EFS but i called EFS myself and they told me they charge companies 3% AT MOST. Not a big deal because i don't like taking cash advances anyway. BUT, my First week there, dispatcher booked me on a load that was supposed to pick up by 8pm on a friday. Arrived at 6pm to the shipper only to find that they had closed at 4pm. Tried to call my dispatcher, she had just gone on vacation for a week and told me to get with dispatch the next morning and they would find me a load. Called dispatch in the AM and asked for a load they reached back out to me 3 hours later and told me there weren't any loads and i would have to wait until monday. I got on DAT load board and showed them several loads going west, and also backhaul to get me back to midwest but they weren’t willing to send me west and instead wanted me to wait there in the truck till monday. i decided to DH 300 miles home. Monday morning i called and talked to the fleet manager and told him i need to be able to go wherever the money is and not be restricted or we need to end this contract now. He said ok but when you don't make money that's on you don't blame us. i also asked that since i would be negative that week because i didn't have a weekend load, could they spread that negative balance out so that i could at least get a few hundred dollars. Fleet manager agreed and told me to get with accounting. i did and accounting said that wouldn't be a problem. but when the settlement came out i was negative. called accounting and reminded them of the agreement and they said management denied it because i was too new. I should have left then. So now, choosing my own loads that dispatch would then book for me, i made 11,100 in gross the next week, and close to 10,000 the next. I was ok and thought things were looking up. But, the dispatcher had come back from vacation. I would show her a load something like: $3000 900 miles to dallas TX 15,000 lbs. She would say, oh that was booked so i booked something similar: $3000 1200 miles to Boston MA 44,999 lbs... No one that i encountered has english as their first language but in the trucking industry i dont understand how you could not see that this load is 30,000 lbs heavier, more miles and going to an area with expensive fuel and tolls.. not at all similar. and then, when i was negative because of their errors, they wouldn't even try to correct it. they would offer me a cash advance at that 20% fee. this is the only company that i have worked with that i do not recommend anyone even trying. look somewhere else. to top it off, they did not give me my last check, charged me $2000 for not giving 2 week notice even though i did and are saying that i owe them thousands of dollars that i do not owe.

Blocked me on FB after I told people to look at their Google reviews. To block someone for something as tame as telling people to look deeper. You know they got some dirt they don't want you to know about.
