Advance is a good company,, good pay, flexible schedule but you have to run to get the top pay.. no benefits, but are at the top with $ per mile..
We have brand new truck, but I can not promise you that we are going to have avible one when you start to work with us. Our trucks are 2015 and newer though. The pay for OTR in the midwest region is 70 cents per mile.
