Saw Dr Tipton for lumbar issues. A bit chaotic and lengthy wait (almost 90 mins) but wow Dr Tipton is refreshingly thorough and transparent and informative. Gave me every detail and option and outcome to help me make an informed decision. And provided fantastic physical therapist recommendations. Recommended!

Michael Andreo is the worst doctor I have ever met. His five minute consultation answered none of my questions and cost me $370 - disgraceful. He is clueless about non-surgical options. He was rude and standoffish. I had to crawl out of his office on hands and knees since my Achilles was ruptured and I could not walk. He should be embarrassed as a doctor that someone crawled away from him without receiving care, but I am so glad I did. Today, I can walk and run after a non-surgical care plan with Texas Orthopedics. Andreo would have never explored those options with me. He refused to even answer questions about that route because he has zero experience caring for patients. The worst part, besides dragging myself across the floor to leave, is that they insisted on the $370 charge. I never agreed to it so I refused to pay. They sent a bunch of threats and then passed the debt off to a third party collections agency to harass me. Avoid Andreo and ARC at all costs.

They have, on multiple occasions, given my medical records to people unauthorized to have them. If I request my own progress notes from my doctor, their staff is a deer in headlights that act like they have no idea what a progress note is. If you want to pay $230 to never be able to get your doctors opinion on paper and basically have no rights, this is the practice for you.

Absolutely love Thea Libbos PA. She is very professional and thorough! She gave me her undivided attention and explained my MRI to where I could understand it! She laid out a great treatment plan and was very honest with me. Thank you so much ARC for bringing in an amazing asset!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Godhania's for several years for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis, and he's excellent. With me he tries to avoid invasive procedures and has recommended PT which has helped both times. Very attentive and helpful -- doesn't talk to you like you know nothing. I really like him.
