Review regarding Taylor Bini: Starting with the consultation she was extremely professional and respectful. I came in under a time crunch for work and my nerves compounded the appointment. Her professionalism, empathy, and demeanor were exemplary. I felt comfortable, informed, and respected. She was able to complete the consultation within my available time and even helped me find an option for a nearby area to hold my next conference call. Next, when it came to financing, her patience in explaining how to make the terms work with Care Credit made the final steps frictionless. Finally, when it came to scheduling and setup, she went far above and beyond to find a practitioner. She communicated with them and procured an availability within a very tight window that I had due to out of town visitors. Again, impeccable salesmanship and consultative behavior. For someone who feels nervous with medical procedures, with tight time requirements, I cannot stress enough how instrumental her performance representing the practice was. 5 stars, congratulations on a stellar employee, and thank you for everything so far. I nervously yet optimistically look forward to the rest of the process and results.

The staff and Doctor Speck are great at Westlake Dermatology downtown. They are very professional and make you feel at ease. They keep their appointments running on time. In fact, I showed up early and they were able to see me right away. I was all done by the time my appointment was scheduled to start. I love Dr. Speck's professionalism and bedside manners. I always feel I am getting great care. They have my highest recommendation.
