For any studies in which it would matter you would be excluded and wouldn't qualify for those for your protection. I take vacation and do about 2 studies every year and I've never had a problem.

PPD do not pay for flights they do not pay for screenings of any sorts, a lot of other places will pay you $20-$200+ dollars to screen, and do physicals and screening on the same day. JALR.ORG have all the study facilities in the country and it shows you who pay for screening and the amount, like Pfizer in New Haven Conn will pay you according to how far you come from advia Chicago pays you $50 Vince & associates in Kansas pays you $100. Click on the website and all your questions should be answered they even have a guide to show you different transportation to the facility if you don't have your car with you.

Not likely. You were deemed medically unfit for healthy studies. It must have been bad for full ban versus a restriction. You should see a doctor there may be deeper issues to concern yourself with.
