We followed a guy around who was explaining everything and no one ever asked us to pay anything.
You can walk through for free, but they do have the audio tours outside and they are right, the guided ones do full up quick.

Guided tour is $15 each. Audio wand is $7 each. I'd suggest getting there right at opening as it is VERY popular. There are some discounts for military, seniors, and kids
