Not inside unless it's a service dog.
I beleive only service dogs inside the alamo missions i could b wrong thou... the other missions like san juan is more like an outdoor park better for to bring pets
I dont know if they allow small pets on the inside of the building. However my wife and I saw many people on the exterior of the Alamo with pets. I hope this helps
