You should contact the park office for rules and information.
I don't believe they allow anyone camp overnight in the park. Scouts used to have an overnight camping program but that was stopped about 15 years ago. They effectively have stopped a Hundred Year running Boy Scout huge day education program by requiring a $9,000 fee to be paid. You can still take your troop free to The Visitor Center and of course have hikes on the over 28 beautiful well maintained miles of trails. If you hike from the park along the Horseshoe Trail far outside the park, there are legal places to camp off that
It's best to talk to the park authority and check with them on this.
