If this is your first time visiting Valley Forge it is highly recommended to take a trolley tour the cost for a ticket is 17.50 for adults. The trolley tour will cover all the major points of the park with stops at each major Monument. After you finish the trolley tour you can drive back to things that are of special interest

Its Free of charge. I highly recommend doing the tours on your own bus trip has to keep moving so if you like taking your time see it on your own it's better and its Free
