You can actually go to the park without paying unless you want to hear the guided audio tour. The roads that go throughout the park are open to the public and you can go on your own self guided tour.

Just like everyone said previously, you don't need to pay anything. Definitely remember to wear comfortable clothing and good shoes. The park is very big and their is a lot too see. The views are beautiful and a lot of history! Enjoy!

You don't need a pass to go through the park. You can drive and / or walk/ ride a bike.

As noted by others. You don't need a tour guide. The park has the history information at certain areas. Please do wear comfortable shoes.

As folkes have noted you don't need one for this park but yes you can see any ranger at the ranger station to purchase a national park pass. You can get it from REI as well. I use my dividend discount every year for my annual national park pass.
