Would have used them, but they failed to return my call. I called for assistance due to the recent flooding. Left my contact information with an uninterested woman who said someone would call me back. It’s been three days now and still no call. For me, not returning the call of a potential customer is the worst sin a business can commit. I understand that they’re probably busy, but it’s just a phone call. If they don’t have time to make a simple call back, I don’t have time for them.

He was professional and took his time in evaluating and communicating the damages and the plan to fix the problems.
