I would give them zero star. if it was possible I came 45 min away, and the store was supposedly open, but it was closed. 1-1:30 is lunch time but right now is 11:25. Four people were waiting, and I called customer service. They told me it should be open

Inquired about a product that I was informed was available but when I arrived at store I was informed that the product was not stocked at this store. Was offered to order online but the reason I travelled to the store was because I was misinformed that I could acquire the product at the store. I knew I could purchase online but needed the part sooner. Would appreciate more accurate information in order to save both the staff's time and my own time.

I wouldn't go to this one horrible service
You can get an appointment otherwise there is not too much rush and you can maintain social distancing with mask. When we went without an appointment, we were the only customers there as this is not a sales store just a "service store".

Take it to Dyson. If you're lucky it may still be under manufactures warranty.
