i have model cv9usdda7890a brush head won't turn. i took it apart and cleaned it now brush head
won't turn. does this machine have a belt?

Take it to Dyson. If you're lucky it may still be under manufactures warranty.

You would need to contact them directly. But I believe it doesn't have a belt. It is suction driven.
