We currently pay $852 for a one bed. When we moved in we complained about a huge stain on the carpet and was told all that could be done would be moving us into another unit because ours was the only one with the older style carpet that is no longer offered and if we moved it would be much more monthly for a one bedroom. Honestly not worth what you pay for what you get in return.
Last I saw it was about 825, depending on the promotion going on remember to ask about a promotion. Theres also a fireplace in the living room and a decent sized bedroom in the 1 bedroom units
